Hospitality Ministers (Ushers/Greeters)

Purpose:  Ushers are part of the hospitality team.

Activities:  Special duties include greeting those attending Mass and assisting them in finding a seat in the church.  They also assist with the offertory collection and help distribute worship aids prior to Mass and the church bulletin at the end of Mass.  Training is required and provided.  They create a sense of community and welcome for parishioners and visitors.

Where:  In the church.
 
When:  During assigned Sunday Mass. 
 
Time commitment:  One Mass on Sunday, Easter, Christmas, and Holy Days.
