M & M’s
Purpose: To assist in setting up, serving and cleanup at various functions, i.e., receptions and special events.
Activities: 1): Dressing tables with linens, flower arrangements, table service; arranging food on buffet tables; coffee and beverage prep and service; 2): Host event, maintain buffet and beverage tables as needed; 3): Clean up.
Where: The Parish Hall.
When: At receptions held throughout the year.
Time commitment: Usually 2-3 hours, but team can participate in any or all phases of an event. Commitment is not to all functions.
