Knights Of Columbus

St. Jude Ministry

Purpose:  To serve the Church and the community by practicing charity, unity, fraternity, and patriotism.

Activities: Tootsie Roll Drive to benefit the mentally disabled of Ventura County, Basketball Free-throw Competition for boys and girls aged 8-12, Valentine’s Day Dinner Dance, Essay Contest and more!

Where:  In three parishes in the Conejo Valley:  St. Jude (our home!), St. Paschal, and St. Max.

When:  Year-round.

Time commitment: One hour monthly meeting for members, preceded by a social hour, additional time for receiving ceremonial “degrees,” which are lessons on charity, unity, fraternity, and patriotism.  There are lots of opportunities to volunteer to serve the Church and the community.  Must be in communion with The Holy See to be eligible for membership.
