Write Stuffers

Purpose:  To assist staff with clerical duties.

Activities: Stuff flyers inside the bulletins on Fridays and assist with parish mailings.
 
Where:  Bulletin-stuffing and mailings take place in the Parish Hall.  Some clerical assistance can be done in your own home (i.e., labeling and stamping envelopes).
 
When:  Inserts are placed in bulletins on Friday mornings.  Mass mailings take place during the daytime on Monday through Friday.
 
Time commitment:  Your choice as your schedule permits.  Volunteers are free to participate for an hour or two or for the duration of the task.
